This page explains what www.axiomat.com records about the people who visit it, and what we do with that information. The site is run by Axiomat (Signiture Inc.).
What we record when you visit
We use PostHog to understand how people use this site. It records the pages you open, what you click, how far you scroll, how long you spend on each part of the page, whether you play the film, your browser and device, your approximate location, which PostHog works out from your IP address, and technical details such as page errors and loading times.
It also records each visit so that we can replay it, showing the page, your scrolling, mouse movement and clicks. What you type into forms is hidden in these replays. Replays are kept for 30 days.
Cookies
PostHog keeps a random ID in a cookie and in your browser’s storage, so that it can tell when the same browser comes back. The ID does not contain your name or email address. If your device is set to a European time zone, we ask before setting it, and if you decline, we count your visit without cookies.
Links in our messages
When we email you or message you on LinkedIn, the link to this site may carry a code that is unique to you. If you open the site from that link and use the page, we connect the visit to your name, email address and company, and so also your earlier and later visits from the same browser. This tells us who has looked at the site after hearing from us.
Booking a call
When you book a call, the name, email address and notes you enter go to Cal.com, which adds the call to our Google Calendar, creates a Zoom meeting and sends you the invitation. We also store your name and email address in PostHog with your visits.
Who handles this information
PostHog (analytics, in the United States), Cal.com (booking), Google (calendar and email), Zoom (calls), and Cloudflare and Wasmer, which deliver the site. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email proofs@axiomat.com.
Do Not Track and changes
This site does not respond to browsers’ Do Not Track signals. No other company uses this site to track you across other websites. When this page changes, the date at the top changes.
